As noted before, sometimes it doesn’t take a whole lot of refinancing, just the right sort. The housing ATM ended in 2007, for 31361 Summerhill Court and the rest of the nation. By June of 2007 31361 Summerhill Court had $997,500 in loans, but it had been purchased in March of 2004 for $895,000. The trustee sale is scheduled for 5/28/10 with a published sale amount of $954,620 and a value assigned by the trustee of $649,375. Experience has shown us that neither of those numbers means a whole heck of a lot. The important number is the opening bid amount if you are looking for a home and the winning bid if you are comparing.
BTW, this home appears to have been impeccably maintained.
