Another home purchased in 2003. What gives? Coinkadink?
6 Seacliff was purchased in December of 2003 for $850,000 with a loan for $679,900. The last refi in 2006 was a neg am option ARM for $925,000. The published bid amount on 6/23/10 was $1,084,840 and the auction is scheduled for 7/13/10.
7 Seacliff sold on 5/5/10 for $775,000 and 13 Riviera just sold for $806,500. 14 Brentwood is asking $774,000, 6 Torrey Pines is asking $819,000, and 15 Seacliff has been listed on and off since August of 2005 with a couple of sales recorded and is presently asking $844,000. One of the 15 Seacliff sales was for $1,000,000 in February of 2007. Yeah. Right.
