The vacant lot at 31902 Apuesto Way was purchased in April of 2006 for $2,050,000 with a down payment of $512,500 which appears to be funds from a refi of the owner’s residence.  The refi recorded two days before purchase of 31902 Apuesto Way recorded.  Why not?  Remember what everybody was saying about real estate in 2006?  “Interest rates are low.”  “Don’t miss out.”  “Prices may not move up a whole lot in the near future, but they certainly won’t go down.”  Kinda the same things you hear now.

Anywhooz, 31902 Apuesto Way has a foreclosure auction date scheduled for 7/30/10 and the owner’s residence is for sale.
