“Bank Owned presented in distinctive Andalusian Style”
It just caught my eye. Bank owned and presented in Andalusian Style all in the same sentence. REO is no longer a four letter word and it certainly is not exclusive to the subprime borrower results. And now it is an attraction to lead a listing description.
Yes, I know it is not in Coto, but do you think that multi-million dollar properties in Shady Canyon are competition for multi-million dollar homes in Coto? Its got a country club and is close to the Irvine business hub.
The price paid for the lot is not obvious and there is no loan showing for the purchase of the lot. The construction loan was for $4,300,000, and there is no way to know if the builder/owner had any skin in the game. Whadda ya think it will go for?

How does a home have an optional elevator?
Does that mean I can order it with or without the elevator… or does is it saying my lazy butt can opt to take the stairs as well.

my favorite is the “Subterranean soaking pool” this is the first one I have seen, now I got to have one. When the time is right and we are in the market I will have to discount any house that does not have a “Subterranean soaking pool”
It looks like the tax assesor is pricing the land at $1,468,426 and additions of 2,277,063 for a total assessed value of $3,745,489
