18 RUNNING BROOK DR – There are two NTSes recorded on 18 Running Brook Dr.   The NTS from the first mortgage holder has been postponed until 4/16/10, and tThe NTS from the CZ Master Association has been postponed until 3/18/10.  There have been 11 postponements of the trustee sale from the CZ Master Association, and 4 postponements of the trustee sale from the first mortgage holder.

29 Harvard Court – The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/17/10.  The NOD recorded on 7/08/09 for $15,052.  The trustee sale has been postponed three times.

5 Sausalito Drive – The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/16/10.  The NOD recorded on 1/16/09 with an amount of $32,243.  There have been 9 postponements.

23181 Via Celeste – The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/18/10 with a published bid amount of $791,971.94.  The trustee sale has been postponed 3 times.

62 Spoon Lane – The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/16/10.  There have been at least four postponements.

17 Knotty Oak Circle – The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/22/10.  The NOD recorded on 8/14/09 for $48,417.  The trustee sale has been postponed twice.

98 VIA CANDELARIA – The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/02/10.  The NOD amount is $19,050 and it recorded on 3/10/09.  There have been at least 10 postponements.

The trustee sale filed by the CZ Master Association for 114 Vela Court initially showed as canceled on 12/23/09, but a trustee sale was scheduled for 1/29/10 soon after the NTS showed as canceled.  The trustee sale filed by the CA Master Association has been postponed until 2/19/10.  The NTS filed by the lender has been postponed until 3/03/10 and this was the first postponementfor this particular NTS.

19 Charleston Lane – The trustee sale has been postponed until 4/19/10.  The NOD recorded on 4/10/09 for $36,053.  This appears to have been the 2nd postponement.

12 Shire – The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/05/10.  The Notice of Trustee Sale appears to have been filed by the CZ Master Association because the published bid is only $6,723,70.

18 Portmarnoch - The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/23/10.  The notice of default recorded on 5/19/09 with an amount owed of $29,208.  Total loans show as $1,715,000.  There have been 5 postponements.

31832 VIA COYOTE – The trustee sale has been postponed until 3/22/10.  The NOD recorded on 06/23/08 for $15,728.  There have been 9 postponements and a short sale is still pending.  Some of those short sales take a loo-o-o-ong time.
